In the Garden At Melrose

The Front Lawn at Melrose
Perfect for a glass of champagne & canapés, High Tea, Wedding Vow’s or a mid-summers night meal. The front lawn offers a lovely outdoor experience and should the weather not prevail there is always the option of a fairy-tail silk lined marquee!

The Grounds at Melrose
First plantings were established in 1856. The original owner Noel Percy Adams was an avid collector of rare and interesting plants including some perfect specimens of NZ natives which are still standing today. While the gardens are a public space and may not be booked for “sole use” we may book these for you to ensure no other parties have the same idea! A donation is requested for this.
